• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Share account credentials with unauthorised parties

9. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are set forth in your service agreement. Payment terms include:

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Everblue Technology regarding the use of our Services.
